Mettler-Toledo will be showing a total of four production lines for the food industry in action at \u201eAnuga FoodTec\u201c. Solutions for dry, wet and packaged products as well as for laboratory and industrial weighing applications will be demonstrated. An X-ray inspection system for detecting foreign bodies will celebrate its premi\u00e8re. The manufacturer of precision instruments will also be showing various metal detection systems, dynamic checkweighers and visual inspection systems.<\/p>\n

The outstanding Detection sensitivity of the new X-ray inspection system<\/strong> emphasises Miriam Krechlok, Head of Marketing Mettler-Toledo Product Inspection Germany. At the Production line for dry foods\u201e<\/strong> the performance of the free-fall metal detectors will be demonstrated. These have been equipped with new functions such as the \u201eReduced Test Mode\u201c. This reduces the number of routine performance tests by up to 83 per cent because it constantly monitors system performance and ensures that the required specification is met or exceeded at all times. The \u201eeDrive\u201c technology, which is also new, is designed to increase detection sensitivity by up to 20 per cent.<\/p>\n

Profile Advantage\u201e metal detection system is 50 per cent more accurate<\/strong><\/h2>\n

According to Mettler-Toledo, the current version of the \u201eProfile Advantage\u201c metal detection system<\/strong> work. She can be seen on the production line for \u201ewet foods\u201c.<\/p>

The range of dynamic checkweighers has been extended to include the C3130 model with IP65 water protection and the CM33 combination solution with \u201eProfile Advantage\u201c technology.Metal detection technology<\/strong> represented. This is based on the checkweighers of the \u201eC33 PlusLine\u201c and is designed for a W\u00e4<\/span>range of up to 7.5 kilograms and a throughput of up to 300 products per minute. The dynamic Checkweigher<\/strong> C3130 covers a weighing range of up to six kilograms with a throughput of up to 200 products per minute.<\/p>\n

Two visual inspection systems on the \u201ePacked Foods\u201c production line\u201c<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The \u201eV2410 Mosaic\u201c and \u201eV2622 Flex-Lite\u201c visual inspection systems can be seen on the \u201ePacked Foods\u201c production line. All-round inspection of labels and packaging is possible with the \u201eV2410 Mosaic\u201c. Among other things, barcodes can be checked for legibility and correctness using the six cameras arranged in a circle. An optional seventh camera can be added for top side inspections.<\/p>\n

The \u201eV2622 Flex-Lite\u201c system is designed for fast, low-effort entry into 100 per cent inspection of labels, markings and other visible packaging features. For the first time, the new generation of \u201eSmart Camera 300\u201c<\/strong>-series for High-speed inspections<\/strong> can be seen at the plant.<\/p>\n
