Bochum-based vacuum packaging specialist \u201eWebomatic\u201c is presenting a new development at \u201eAnuga FoodTec 2018\u201c in the form of the \u201eTL 650\u201c traysealer. Among other things, the family-run company will be demonstrating the \u201eProtude-Skin\u201c process on this machine at its stand. A product in the tray can have a height of up to 90 centimetres and is completely sealed by a top film. Webomatic will also be demonstrating this process with the tried-and-tested \u201eML-C 5600-skin\u201c thermoforming machine for pure film packaging.<\/p>\n

According to Webomatic, both machines are characterised by their flexibility. Without tool change<\/strong> applications could also be realised on these systems in the MAP and Pseudoskin method<\/strong> perform. Webomatic also emphasises a product feature that increases process reliability. With the \u201eWebomatic SCC\u201c feature, individual cavities of the mould can be shut down in the event of a fault. Traysealers<\/strong> switch off separately. This means that production can be ended regularly before the service takes place.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Webomatic will be exhibiting at \u201eAnuga FoodTec\u201c, among other things, a Shrink line<\/strong> and the \u201eeasyPACK-mk\" table machine3<\/sup>\u201c.<\/p>
