It all kicked off today at 9 a.m.: ProSweets and ISM opened their doors at the Cologne Exhibition Centre. For three days - from 23 to 25 April - everything in the cathedral city will revolve around the world of sweets and snacks as well as their processing and packaging.<\/strong><\/p>

Around 117 companies from 23 countries will be presenting innovations and current developments at ProSweets. These include market leaders as well as medium-sized companies and smaller specialised suppliers. According to the organiser, the significant increase in participation from the Sweet & Snackable Ingredients segment was particularly pleasing.<\/strong> Compared to the previous event, more than twice as many exhibitors from the raw materials\/ingredients\/semi-finished products sector will be represented. Against the background of stronger consumer demand for sustainable and at the same time technologically convincing products<\/strong> this segment is becoming increasingly important. This also applies to the coming years and the further development of ProSweets Cologne as a supplier trade fair for the confectionery and snack industry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
