Lantech presents new monitoring software that enables companies to monitor and optimise their packaging process with real-time data. LINC is used to optimise the performance of stretch wrappers and case erectors.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LINC offers a wide range of functions that enable users to analyse the performance of their machines in real time<\/strong>. One of the core functions is uptime performance tracking, which allows the operating status of the machines to be continuously monitored. Operators can therefore intervene in good time in the event of problems, even before the packaging process is impaired. The system also provides\u00a0Information on the number of erected cartons, the total cycles of the machine and the alarm log<\/strong>. Alarms that have led to an interruption in the packaging process are highlighted in red and provide the operator with useful links to help with troubleshooting.<\/p>

In addition, the Compare actual output with planned production targets and historical trend data<\/strong>. If targets are missed, the company receives automatic notifications and analyses so that appropriate measures can be taken quickly. The online tool's data can be viewed in real time from anywhere via the Internet, so that any necessary adjustments can be made immediately.
