The Faubel Group has been recognised as an \u201eEmployer of the Future\u201c. The company was honoured by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND) and the business magazine DUP.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The patron of the \u201eEmployer of the Future\u201c initiative is the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries. The seal is intended to Young talents and well-trained specialists to the SME sector in Germany<\/strong> make. In the application process, companies must impress with a sustainable business model and a modern appearance. Criteria such as Leadership skills, innovative strength, digital transformation, employee friendliness and strategic recruiting<\/strong>.<\/p>

In 2012, the company employed Faubel<\/a> around 120 employees. In 2017, the workforce already consisted of 230 people. There are now 300 employees working for the Group at its headquarters in Melsungen and at other locations in Europe, Asia and the USA. The Group's annual turnover has increased from 20 million euros in 2012 to 52.9 million euros in 2022. For Managing Director Martin Kuge, this positive result was only possible \u201ebecause we Thanks to our workforce, we were able to react flexibly to order peaks<\/strong>. In the future, we will need to fill further vacancies in different areas of work and we hope that the seal will give us a competitive advantage.<\/p>
