With the latest model in the GKF Capsylon series already successfully in use on the Asian market, Syntegon is now launching the GKF Capsylon 6005 capsule filling machine for the European market. The machine enables the filling of powders, pellets, granulates and speciality products.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The GKF Capsylon 6005 differs from its predecessors above all in terms of output and product yield<\/strong> - and thus meets the demand for higher production capacities from manufacturing companies.<\/p>

\u201eWe are seeing a growing interest in products such as vitamins, proteins and other nutritional supplements on the European and US markets. The GKF Capsylon 6005 combines the flexibility of the series, which allows the filling of powders, pellets, granulates and even speciality products, with a significantly higher output. This combination makes it suitable for a particularly wide range of applications.\u201c<\/p>

With 360,000 capsules filled per hour<\/strong> the output has more than doubled compared to the GKF Capsylon 3005 (175,000 capsules\/hour). The high-speed capsule filling machine achieves this in part thanks to 48 instead of 21 segment holes in four instead of two rows, which significantly increases the number of capsules filled. \u201eThe GKF Capsylon 6005 also includes Two dosing stations working in parallel<\/strong>\u201c, adds Andreas N\u00fc\u00dfle. \u201eThis allows us to fill a larger number of capsule segments evenly without losing time.\u201c<\/p>

The patented Slide-Gate from Syntegon<\/a>, which is used as standard in the GKF Capsylon series, provides additional support. The precise movements of the slide gate cover the segment bores from below during filling, resulting in higher product yield and lower dust exposure<\/strong> with higher overall filling accuracy. At the same time, the Slide-Gate offers manufacturers more flexibility by enabling the capsule filling machine, process pellets or granulates on the same dosing station<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A further optimisation of the GKF Capsylon 6005 concerns the format part changeover: the click system developed by Syntegon ensures a quick and easy changeover. Faster replacement without manual readjustment of the format parts<\/strong> - an ideal prerequisite for processing a variety of different products on the same machine in a time-saving manner. Operation of the intuitive system can be learnt with minimal training.<\/p>

From 23 to 27 October 2023, visitors to SupplySide West in Las Vegas can experience the GKF Capsylon 6005 live at booth 4227. Together with the high-shear pelletisers, fluid bed systems and capsule checkweighers from Syntegon, the new Combine capsule filling machine into a complete production unit<\/strong>.<\/p>
