Theegarten-Pactec develops and manufactures customised packaging machines for small-piece confectionery and snacks, which are used by manufacturers worldwide. The medium-sized family business offers a selection of over twenty folding types<\/strong> and covers all performance ranges from low-speed (up to 500 pieces per minute) to 2,300 pieces per minute with its continuous high-performance machines - suitable for every market and every requirement.<\/p>

The high-performance machines from the Dresden-based packaging specialist are characterised by their ease of operation and high flexibility. The packaging systems are Easy to convert to other product formats or folding types<\/strong>. This means that format changes to the product or folding type are possible without long downtimes.<\/p>

The latest packaging machines for snacks include, for example, the FPC5 machine, which packs products in tubular bags. Within the packaging process paper-based packaging materials as well as modern recyclable monofilms can be used<\/strong>.<\/p>

Theegarten-Pactec also supplies the BLM cartoner, which is designed for direct connection to the flow-wrapping machine. Developed as a modular and flexible system<\/strong> the BLM processes different product sizes, carton dimensions and product formations in different output ranges. On the iba 2023<\/a> (22 to 26 October) in Munich, Theegarten-Pactec will be present at the joint stand of its long-standing cooperation partner Winkler und D\u00fcnnebier S\u00fc\u00dfwarenmaschinen GmbH, the manufacturer of depositing systems. The two companies have been working together for decades and have realised a large number of projects together. Theegarten-Pactec and Winkler und D\u00fcnnebier realise the following for snack and confectionery producers on request as a system provider a complete solution<\/strong> from the manufacture of the product to primary and secondary packaging.<\/p>
