Groninger is investing in various production facilities at its US site in Charlotte, North Carolina, in response to the very high level of orders in the North American market.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Crailsheim-based family business is further expanding its vertical integration in the USA and is investing over 700,000 US dollars in various production facilities, including a new CNC turning and milling centre, at its US site in Charlotte, North Carolina. Groninger is thus contributing to the very high order situation in the North American market<\/strong> further account.<\/p>

\u201eThe market is booming. We need the production infrastructure on site to be able to continue to offer our customers the fast service and good product availability they are used to.\u201c<\/p>

Groninger is thus continuing its expansion of the US site, having already commissioned several CNC milling systems in recent years. With the procurement of the new systems, the investment volume has reached a million euro amount. \u201eNorth America is one of our most important markets<\/strong>\u201c, confirms Managing Partner Jens Groninger. Not only has the machinery been massively expanded in recent years, but the site has also grown considerably in terms of personnel.<\/p>

\u201eToday, we employ over 90 people in Charlotte, which is almost 50 per cent more than two years ago. Back then, there were just over 60.\u201c<\/p>

Since 1997 Groninger has maintained a Own branch in the USA<\/strong> - initially in Basking Ridge near New Jersey; later in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is where Groninger USA opened its current site in 2012.<\/p>
