Sch\u00fctz has developed a completely new plastic frame pallet for trouble-free transport in automated warehouses. With its special geometry, it is particularly suitable for horizontal transport on conveyor belts and handling in fully automated high-bay warehouses. <\/strong>

Even in ultra-modern, automated warehouses IBC transport must be safe and trouble-free<\/strong>. The packaging expert Sch\u00fctz has therefore determined the special requirements for this application and developed a completely new plastic frame pallet. Its special geometry makes it particularly suitable for horizontal transport on conveyor belts and handling in fully automated high-bay warehouses. The new plastic frame pallet is extremely Robust and stable, UN-certified and sustainable thanks to multiple use<\/strong> with appropriate reconditioning.<\/p>

Pallets with plastic elements are preferred to wooden and steel pallets in numerous sectors such as the food industry or electrochemicals. In comparison, they are easier to clean, water-repellent, maintenance-free and durable. Sch\u00fctz has now redesigned its plastic frame pallet. With its one-piece construction and the wide, partially smooth contact surfaces<\/strong> the pallet is predestined for automated longitudinal and transverse transport. Whether roller conveyor belts or conveyor belts with chain drive<\/strong>The frame pallet enables permanent, trouble-free horizontal movement. This means that IBCs can be transported forwards and sideways safely and without jolting.\u00a0<\/p>

Also for vertical conveying<\/strong> The new frame pallet can also be used for transporting larger loads, as it only shows minimal deflection behaviour on the underside when lifting and lowering filled IBCs. Thanks to the stable substructure, it is also suitable for transporting larger loads. In addition, the pallet can be conveniently lifted from all sides. Sch\u00fctz manufactures the plastic frame range according to modern technological standards in its own injection moulding plant. Production takes place in one piece, including the corner feet. The company uses HDPE made from 100% recyclate, which is obtained from the reprocessing of used industrial packaging in our own recycling centre<\/strong>. To this end, the packaging specialist collects emptied packaging worldwide via the Sch\u00fctz Ticket Service. By using the plastic frame pallet, customers not only benefit from a stable, lightweight and easy-to-clean design, but also improve their CO2<\/sub>-balance sheet.<\/p>
