The patent-pending solution, which will soon be available on the market, is equipped with nozzles from the new Xd series from <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=Oerlikon&amp;cat=-1&amp;date-all=all&amp;begin=&amp;end=\">Oerlikon<\/a> HRSflow equipped. This enables h<strong>high filling pressures for cost-efficient production with consistently high quality<\/strong>, The stack principle supports the use of smaller injection moulding machines.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to plug-and-play installation, assembly and maintenance are simplified and highly efficient. This helps to avoid long and costly downtimes. The new solution is also suitable for <strong>Processing of PCR plastics and sustainable compounds that meet the requirements of the circular economy<\/strong> correspond. The demo tool equipped with this is available to customers to demonstrate the use of <strong>demanding polymers for thin-walled packaging<\/strong> to test. Equipped with the new Vf nozzle series, this system enables <strong>Short cycle times of 2.2 s to 3.5 s with simultaneously optimised process reliability<\/strong> through precise control and optimum balancing of the filling process.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This technical solution is for <strong>Closures for bottles with carbonated and non-carbonated beverages and for liquid and powdered concentrates<\/strong> equally suitable.
