At interpack 2023, the company recently presented the Moduline Smart - the latest further development. The machines are characterised in particular by their modularity.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-453af9b exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"453af9b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>At the Interpack <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=optima\">Optima<\/a> presented the new Optima Moduline Smart filling and capping system for cosmetic products for the first time. This is characterised in the areas of <strong>Space requirements, modularity, format flexibility and delivery times<\/strong> out. The Moduline machine concept stands for flexibility: fast format changes, large format ranges, processes that can be expanded and modified via plug &amp; play and many available special functions are the reasons for its success.<\/p><p>The first Optima Moduline was delivered in 2010. It is based on the Linoline machine platform. In the first project, personalised perfumes are filled in batch sizes of one. The recipient is a long-established cosmetics company based in Germany. A laminar flow unit will be added to the Moduline for sensitive cosmetics in order to fulfil the highest hygiene requirements. This is used for the first time in combination with the Moduline. A milestone is the introduction of a frame rack in 2015, which makes it possible to <strong>Integrate robotic solutions<\/strong>.<\/p><p>At the Hannover Messe 2015, Siemens will be showcasing the enhanced Moduline. It can consist of <strong>components - bottle, label, fragrance composition, cap - to configure a customised perfume<\/strong>. Including personalisation or individual brand design. As in the past, the system is based on an attached <strong>Stainless steel frame, has more options for standardisation and thus enables short delivery times<\/strong>. \u201eThanks to the higher degree of standardisation, the investment costs are manageable, with the proven Optima quality and high output of 60 to 120 products per minute,\u201c explains Alfred Weihbrecht, Director Sales Cosmetics &amp; Chemicals. As a rule, the Classic is used in <strong>high output range of 100 to 120 products per minute<\/strong>. Extensions are possible at any time thanks to harmonised interfaces.<\/p><p>On the <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=interpack\">Interpack<\/a> 2023 Optima Consumer presents the Optima Moduline Smart. The system is still <strong>more standardised, the delivery times of the modules and the overall time-to-market are shortened<\/strong>. The experience gained from the high output segment was incorporated into the development of the new system. The Optima Consumer division is thus expanding its system portfolio in the medium performance segment. Initially, the system will process <strong>60 products per minute, expansion to 120 products per minute is planned<\/strong>. The footprint has been reduced compared to the Optima Moduline Classic.
