HP Inc. is presenting new printing presses for the European market at Labelexpo. These include the HP Indigo V12 digital press for label printing.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

HP<\/span> Inc.<\/a> (NYSE: HP<\/span>Q) emphasises on the Labelexpo<\/a> 2023 how LEP and LEPx technology can increase the efficiency and growth of packaging converters. The two new models HP<\/span>Indigo<\/span> V12 and HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> 200K can be seen in Europe for the first time<\/strong>. With them HP <\/span>a complete portfolio that enables print service providers to fulfil the majority of their labelling orders on the HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> 6K, HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> V12 or HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> 200K digital printing machines. The proven HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> 6K Digital Press, which is the industry standard, completes the line-up in the Patio Hall.\u00a0<\/p>

The HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> V12 digital press has successfully completed its beta phase and is now available. \u201eWe believe that two HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> V12 will replace our eight flexo presses<\/strong> and completely transform our business,\u201c says Jeremy Letterman, Vice President Operations & Supply Chain at Brook+Whittle. Brook+Whittle has a HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> V12 in operation at the Ohio site. The HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> V12 allows converters, Shifting more high-volume print jobs, which were previously produced conventionally, to digital printing<\/strong> and benefit from its advantages: faster job changes, flexibility, serialisation, personalisation, less waste, lower stock levels and on-demand delivery. \u00a0<\/p>

\u201eTraditionally, flexographic printing has been at the forefront of the labelling industry, while digital printing has mainly scored points for special orders and \u201ahigh-value\u2018 jobs. With the new portfolio and especially with the HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> V12, this order is reversed. Now it is called \u201aIndigo<\/span> first, flexo second\u2018.\u201c<\/p>

The global beta phase of the HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> V12 digital printing machine was successfully completed at various locations. These include customers such as All4Labels, Eshuis and Brook+Whittle. It is productive and offers the well-known HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> print quality. To further increase productivity, the non-stop winding solution from ABG, which is specially designed for the HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> V12 was developed<\/strong>.<\/p>

At the HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> 6K digital printing machine will be End-to-end automation solution demonstrated<\/strong>. A Web2Pack e-commerce solution from Indigo<\/span> in combination with digital finishing and laser die-cutting by AB Graphics.\u00a0<\/p>

PrintOS Spot Master is now available for the HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> 6K and 200K digital printing presses and enables print service providers, spot colours within minutes and keep them consistent across the entire print run.<\/strong> to hold.<\/p>

The 200K digital press is now available following completion of the beta phase. The only field-proven solution for printing flexible packaging in medium web format, it is aimed at converters looking to expand their business in this direction. Together with the lamination and pouching unit from Karlville, the HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> 200K is the centrepiece of the Digital Pouch Factory, with which pouches can be produced in a very short time. HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> and its partners will be demonstrating live at the Labelexpo stand how they can realise a range of HP<\/span> recommended sustainable media, including the following Compostable, recycled and FSC-certified paper and a recyclable paper bag<\/strong>. A special sustainability station demonstrates the circular economy approach. In collaboration with Tony Beer Wash-Off Labels, events are held there every day to enable easy and complete removal of labels for smooth recycling. These will be presented in collaboration with the Belgian company Etivoet. In addition, the production of pouch-to-pouch, in which an already used pouch is converted into a new pouch.<\/strong> becomes. HP<\/span> Indigo<\/span> is also presenting a newly developed carbon footprint calculator that helps print service providers and brands to assess the carbon footprint of a job.<\/p>
