The solution is approved for food contact and is suitable for the production of thin-walled mono-PP containers.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf1b380 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bf1b380\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=sabic\">Sabic<\/a> has teamed up with three specialists in the field of in-mould labelling (IML) to develop the <strong>Use of certified, renewable polypropylene (PP) resins in high-quality, thin-walled mono-PP container packaging<\/strong> without compromising on quality, processability, safety or comfort. With the single-stage IML technology, a <strong>seamless part decoration directly in the injection mould, where the label is an integral part of the packaging itself<\/strong> will. Special label films and high-resolution printing technology result in an attractive and cost-effective decoration solution. In addition to the use of certified, renewable PP resins for both the moulded parts and the label film, the <strong>packaging is recycled in the existing recycling streams for rigid PP<\/strong> become.<\/p><blockquote><p>\u201eThe demand for packaging with in-mould labelling is steadily increasing in various market segments, as it offers great opportunities for cost-efficient and highly sustainable solutions. BOPP films are widely used for in-mould labelling injection moulding applications in the food, dairy and beverage, household, beauty and personal care packaging sectors.
