He succeeds Dr Michael Grosse, who will leave the company by mutual agreement on 31 October 2023 after three and a half years as CEO.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d36dae e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2d36dae\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a618357 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a618357\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>With Torsten T\u00fcrling, Syntegon has gained a growth-orientated strategist with a strong focus on implementation<em>. <\/em>He brings with him more than 30 years of international management and sales expertise and has extensive CEO experience at the head of well-known listed and private companies.<\/p><p>Most recently, he was CEO of Nilfisk, a leading global, publicly listed manufacturer of professional cleaning equipment based in Denmark.
