Dunkermotoren is presenting the PLG 75 SL Servoline gearbox for the first time at SPS. With the usual high quality, performance and a service life of more than 20,000 hours, it offers a wide range of applications in In combination with the long-life DC servomotors from the drive manufacturer, a complete solution<\/strong>.<\/p>

The BG 45 dPro is a new member of the BLDC motor portfolio that is based on the Motor Control Platform (MCP). The MCP is a modular concept that is used in all smart BG motors and some external electronics from Dunkermotoren and enables the programming of various parameters and safety functions. As with all BG dPro motors, the strength of the BG 45 dPro is the integration of the complete motor electronics into the already compact housing. In line with the smart motors and controllers, the IIoT brand nexofox shows how product data to customers via administration shells in the form of digital twins in the future<\/strong> can be realised. Together with the partners conplement, Endress & Hauser, K\u00fcbler, ifm and AS-Schneider, a solution was developed with the support of the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance in order to Provide administration shells in a standardised and manufacturer-independent manner<\/strong>. In the classic IIoT use cases, nexofox is now continuing the modular concept of Dunkermotoren DNA in the digital world.<\/p>

With nexoLink, nexofox is introducing a Central base module for easy integration of all IIoT offerings from Dunkermotoren<\/strong> will be presented. In addition, nexofox will be providing an outlook on a further modular extension of Smart Diagnostics - a predictive maintenance module for sensorless determination of gearbox wear. For Driverless transport systems<\/strong> the drive technology specialist is presenting a new solution with the NG 1000 WO hub gearbox. The combination of motor and gearbox requires an installation height of just 95 mm and enables vehicles with a particularly low underride height<\/strong>. Thanks to the axle offset, the drives can be arranged next to each other in the vehicle, which reduces the minimum width to 600 mm and minimises the Increased load capacity and acceleration capacity of the AGV<\/strong>. In times when space is a relevant cost factor, Dunkermotoren contributes to the realisation of space- and cost-efficient logistics solutions.<\/p>

In 2023, sister company MAE is focusing on a completely different but no less topical trend: local sourcing. MAE fully caters to this trend and produces its Products exclusively in Europe<\/strong>. Combined with brakes, encoders, gearboxes and electronics, MAE's stepper motor portfolio offers many drive solutions that can be flexibly combined depending on the application.
