This strategic acquisition underlines Busch Vacuum Solutions' and Pfeiffer Vacuum's commitment to sustainability and will help to strengthen the to further strengthen its position as a solution provider, particularly in the semiconductor industry and neighbouring sectors<\/strong>.<\/p>
