At the end of November, Bericap will be showcasing its solutions for the beverage industry at BrauBeviale in Nuremberg. The company's tethered cap solutions will be a particular focus at the trade fair.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

EU Directive 2019\/904 stipulates that, for environmental reasons, plastic closures must remain attached to single-use packaging with a capacity of up to three litres after opening from 3 July 2024 at the latest. More than five billion drinks were packaged by Bericap<\/a>-customers have already been bottled with Clip Aside closures and placed on the market.<\/p>

The closures are available for all relevant muzzle sizes from 26 to 38 mm in the different beverage categories - carbonated soft drinks (CSD), water, juice and tea drinks and dairy products<\/strong> - available. The clip asides are now used in over 70 bottling lines. End consumers are also enthusiastic about the tethered cap solutions. This was the result of a consumer study, in which the 180-degree opening and intuitive handling in particular met with positive feedback.<\/p>

The company has the Tethered caps portfolio further expanded<\/strong>In addition to the Clip Aside Tethered Caps for PET bottles, Bericap will also be presenting the new Clip Cap 23 for carton packaging at BrauBeviale.<\/p>

With the \u201eMayence\u201c and \u201eBiarritz\u201c models and the premium \u201eMonet\u201c closure, this is no problem thanks to one-handed operation, 180\u00b0 opening and clear tamper evidence. The one-piece \u201eBiarritz\u201c combines Modern design with intuitive handling and suitable for dry and wet aseptic filling<\/strong>. The two-piece \u201eMayence\u201c sports cap, which can be used for wet aseptic filling, can be designed in two colours. The two-piece premium closure \u201eMonet\u201c, which can be filled dry and wet aseptically, is equipped with a clearly visible guarantee safety ring in a different colour between the body and the cap - the eye-catching opening window on the closure makes it immediately clear to everyone when the closure has already been opened. For a The new sports closures in HDPE mono-material design are also easier to recycle.<\/strong> constructed.<\/p>

The MALA aluminium closures complement the portfolio on the BrauBeviale<\/a>Spirits and wine producers receive everything from a single source from Bericap - from simple ROPP aluminium closures to highly complex safety closures.
