The centrepiece of the new offering, kp Elite, is the only completely recyclable, lightweight shell made from a mono-material with a modified atmosphere<\/strong>. The bowl was developed by the cross-industry initiative RecyClass<\/a> certified as 100 per cent recyclable. kp Elite can be seamlessly integrated into existing PET recycling systems, setting a new standard for the end-to-end recyclability of protein packaging.<\/p>

The combination of kp Elite with the kp Zapora padless tray and the certified recyclable kp FlexiLid EH 145 R barrier film opens up new possibilities for the Sustainability in the protein sector<\/strong> and creates a fully recyclable, box-ready MAP solution from a single source.<\/p>

kp Elite MAP is a product for the processing and packaging sector. It is designed to Seals out impurities<\/strong>, This means that less reworking and repackaging is required and less sealing time and temperature is needed. The resulting Hermetic sealing also minimises leaks<\/strong>. For retailers and consumers, kp Elite offers a peelable seal, exceptional clarity and longer shelf life to enhance product appeal.<\/p>
