RS-Systems GmbH has further developed its environmentally friendly transport securing system for roll containers. With \u201eRoll-Safe visible\u201c, the world's first completely transparent reusable load securing system is now available. It speeds up order picking even more and makes quality checks at the ramp much easier.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The reusable solution is also extremely flexible and even more stable than the previous coloured structural chamber panels. Roll-Safe eliminates the need to wrap roll containers with stretch film.<\/strong> This enables retailers to reduce their costs and avoid waste. Like the previous transport security system, Roll-Safe visible made of two heavy-duty plates that are attached to the sides of the roller containers<\/strong>, to optimally protect the goods. Unlike the coloured reusable solution, however, the further development is made from solid material.<\/p>

\u201eThe solid material is even more resilient and resistant to possible transport damage than the conventional honeycomb structure. The panel is practically impossible to break.\u201c<\/p>

The reusable system can be used for years without wear and tear. RS-Systems customises Roll-Safe visible according to individual customer requirements so that the panels can be for example with a coloured border and a customer logo<\/strong> can be customised. Change requests regarding the length or width are also no problem.<\/p>

The transparent panel speeds up quality control on the ramp, as employees can immediately gain an initial overview of the goods. \u201eThey can also see at first glance whether goods have slipped<\/strong> and could potentially fall out when opened,\u201c explains K\u00f6llner. Many RS-Systems GmbH customers use photo stations for each roll container at the warehouse exit as proof of delivery. Thanks to Roll-Safe visible, there is now no need to open the containers. In addition the transparent returnable solution reduces the time required for order picking<\/strong> This is even faster, as the roll container can be transferred more quickly within the warehouse with the goods still to be picked. The labour-intensive and back-breaking wrapping of the containers with disposable film is no longer necessary anyway.\u00a0<\/p>

Transparent reusable solution available in both Roll-Safe variants Roll-Safe visible is available in both the \u201eRoll-Safe flexible\u201c and \u201eRoll-Safe fixed\u201c variants. The latter is permanently attached to the container with a hinge strap and is therefore a fixed component. The flexible version is hooked onto the vertical struts of the roll container using four hooks. This allows the system to be removed quickly and reattached just as quickly. On request, the panels can be now also provided with a QR code<\/strong>. This allows retail companies to check where and how many plates are in circulation at any time. This makes returns management easier. RS-Systems only launched Roll-Safe with an enlarged opening on the sides of the panels in spring 2023. This makes it easier to attach the hinged tape.<\/p>
