The All4Labels Group intends to bundle its strengths through the merger: As a globally active company in digital label printing, the RAKO Group has extensive expertise in digital production processes. With a focus on the Home & Personal Care sector<\/strong> the X-label Group has become the innovation leader of Supply chain-orientated packaging solutions<\/strong> developed. The Baumgarten Group has been one of the largest and most innovative printing companies in Latin America for over 130 years.<\/p>\n According to the company, the merger of the companies to form the All4Labels Group is intended to Stability<\/strong> in a fiercely competitive market and, on the other hand, create added value through global networking, which makes it possible to support globally active companies from a single source.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The headquarters of the new group is located in Witzhave near Hamburg. The company remains owner-managed, the management consists of Matthias Kurtz<\/strong> and Adrian Tippenhauer<\/strong> from RAKO, Tim Fiedler<\/strong> and Jan Oberbeck<\/strong> from X-label and Fernando Gabel<\/strong> from Baumgarten.
