The company is introducing the Micron + Titan product range to promote the use of industrial adhesives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meler is launching a new range of high melt flow equipment under the specialised Micron by Meler brand: Micron + Titan 200 and Micron + Titan PUR. Hot melt adhesive applications continue to grow across a range of sectors and these specialised solutions, which are easy to use and operate, will further expand the <strong>Maximise industrial productivity in a simple and convenient way<\/strong>. Micron by Meler offers melting systems for Industry 4.0 that are based on a fundamental principle: \u201eto simplify the application of adhesives in industry\u201c. The company has developed advanced yet intuitive systems that can adapt to any production with adhesive processes.<\/p>\n<p>The Micron+ range is equipped with a 16-inch touch screen that allows direct control of the main parameters (pumps, temperature, operating modes, etc.) and the electronic platform allows the <strong>Real-time data monitoring<\/strong>. Thanks to a <strong>homogeneous temperature distribution<\/strong> The melting unit guarantees optimum adhesive care and offers savings in energy consumption. Micron + Tiran 200 is a reliable partner for maximising industrial performance.<\/p>\n<p>In response to the growing <strong>Demand for reactive adhesives<\/strong> the company has developed the special solution Micron+ Titan PUR. Its design <strong>Protects the adhesive from moisture and charring<\/strong>, one of the biggest challenges when using reactive adhesives in any production line. Micron+ PUR was conceived according to the concept of \u201eEasy Clean\u201c product design. This methodology is based on the modularity and accessibility of the inside of the device to speed up maintenance operations. This improves performance and safety.
