Saropack is increasingly focussing on food applications. The company is therefore now offering an application segment for sealing tray systems.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

As with the previous solutions of the Saropack<\/a> in the film shrink and flowpack sector, a high level of solution-orientation in the advice provided is also essential for the high-quality sealing of a tray. The Group's strong, decentralised sales organisation is ideally suited to this. The range of tray sealing machines is offered under the brand name Saropacker Traysealer. Thanks to the Three power levels semi-automatic, automatic and in-line<\/strong> the quantity requirements of customers can be optimally covered. The machines are suitable for sealing the Foil on the tray with MAP or vacuum or a skin<\/strong> Application.<\/p>\n

As part of the project, customers are also supported in finding the right tray. The company tests the possible tray types for perfect sealing and optimum shelf life and presentation of the packaged product. With the acquisition of Zeisberger S\u00fcd-Folie GmbH in 2023, the Group has acquired the Expertise in film packaging integrated<\/strong>. Sealing films are printed, cut and perforated at the plant in Asperg, Germany. This enables Saropack to offer its customers complete solution expertise.<\/p>

The wide range of films offered under the brand name Sarofresh prolid sealing films offers solutions for the stable sealing of all trays, with Saropack specialising in the specific trends of sustainable trays. Innovative, sustainable trays without plastic (cardboard, wood, cellulose, palm leaf, etc.) and trays without coating are also sealed without any worries. Special attention is paid to the recyclability of the sealing film and the tray. The consulting expertise combined with the solution-orientation is applied to the films as well as to the definition of the right machine.<\/p>\n
