The owner-managed company has now taken over Meding GmbH. The group specialises in plastics processing for the medical technology and healthcare industries.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meding GmbH, a renowned company based in Halver, has been active in plastics processing for many years and has built up an excellent reputation for high-quality products and first-class customer service. With the acquisition of Meding GmbH, the FM-Plast Group is not only expanding its product portfolio, but also gaining valuable expertise in the healthcare sector. This strategic acquisition will further strengthen the FM-Plast Group's position in the market and expand the <strong>Driving the company's growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eWe are delighted with the successful conclusion. The customers of Meding GmbH can therefore continue to rely on the experience of Meding GmbH and the Meding team. The acquisition of Meding GmbH is part of the FM-Plast Group's long-term growth strategy. FM-Plast GmbH has been growing continuously since it was founded in 1977. Most recently, the production area at the main plant was expanded by 50 percent in 2015 and the new Plant 2 with three halls and a total of 5,500 m\u00b2 in the immediate vicinity was put into operation as a logistics centre in 2022. Production takes place on 28 injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 220 to 5,000 KN, including in a clean room. Another mainstay is the development and design of new products as well as the production of moulded parts. <strong>Optimisation of existing products<\/strong>. The company FM-Plast GmbH is a<strong> Owner-managed family business<\/strong> and has specialised in high-quality, customised plastic closures for more than 45 years. Production takes place on 56 injection moulding machines and 12 assembly machines.
