This is the third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following the recent acquisitions of two production sites for flexible packaging by Coveris in Hungary and Poland, S&amp;K Label in the Czech Republic is the packaging manufacturer's third acquisition in the CEE region and the third in Europe. <strong>the first in the labelling sector outside the UK<\/strong>. S&amp;K Label is one of the most technologically advanced<br \/>\nthe most advanced manufacturing companies in Central and Eastern Europe, is the ideal strategic complement to Coveris' labelling business to create a pan-European<br \/>\nto create a corporate platform.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eWe are excited about this investment opportunity to grow our Labels division, further develop our platform and expand our geographical reach.
