In addition to its diverse range of food-compliant round and square packaging buckets, trays and tubs in volumes from one to 65 litres, Saier Verpackungstechnik GmbH, Alpirsbach, will be presenting its S-Liner Barrier Food bucket container. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The newly developed packaging can be adapted to various requirements using film technology. The Integrated barrier film<\/strong> protects the plastic polymer from changes caused by ingredients such as essential oils in spices or marinades and their permeation from the inside to the outside. This preserves the product properties of the contents and the stability of the bucket. Similarly, the Protection of the filling material against external influences<\/strong>, that could affect the product. Possible changes to the product properties of the contents, such as those caused by oxygen or UV rays, are minimised with the special solution of Saier<\/a> thus effectively avoided.<\/p>\n

Whether round buckets or square buckets, the Inner film technology can be adapted to all container shapes and sizes<\/strong>. The multi-layer barrier layers of the inner film are only a few micrometres thick and are therefore only a fraction of the usual pail container wall thicknesses. Therefore, depending on the barrier requirement and the selected barrier layer, the recyclability of the bucket container is still up to 100 per cent.<\/p>
