At this year's LogiMAT, Hugo Beck will be presenting three premi\u00e8res of packaging machines. The company will be showcasing solutions for horizontal film and paper packaging.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the largest intralogistics trade fair in Europe, the LogiMAT<\/a> the ideal platform for Hugo Beck<\/a>, expertise in the fulfilment of industry-specific requirements with innovative, fully automatic film and paper packaging machines<\/strong> to prove themselves. Although designed for different company sizes and products, all three machine exhibits are characterised by speed, efficiency and sustainability in the packaging process.<\/p>\n

The flexo 700 e-com film packaging machine is the company's entry-level model for e-commerce, mail order and logistics. Through Automatic adjustment of the film bags to the length of the product<\/strong> and optionally also to the width, the flexo 700 e-com produces customised film mailing bags with minimal material consumption. It is suitable for the direct dispatch of single packs, bundle packaging or the complex requirements of returns packaging and processes various film types of different thicknesses, including recycled film and recyclable film made from mono-material. The bags can be labelled with a Easy-opening tear-off perforation and double-sided adhesive tape for resealing<\/strong> for the smooth processing of returns.<\/p>

In addition, the company is presenting a paper X e-com paper packaging machine for the first time at LogiMAT, which ensures maximum efficiency with its continuous packaging process because the Sealing or gluing no downtimes<\/strong> are created. paper X e-com uses uncoated and coated paper to process sustainable packaging materials for packaging applications in the areas of e-commerce and adapts the shipping bags individually to different product lengths<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The servo X 800 will also be celebrating its premiere at the Hugo Beck stand - a flow-wrapping machine that sets standards in the horizontal large-format sector. With maximum Modularity and flexibility<\/strong> servo X 800 machines pack large items such as trays, multipacks, boxes or even car tyres for quick, easy and safe transport. Any type of film in high to very low thicknesses can be processed, with extremely accurate and precise packaging. Saves up to 15 per cent in film consumption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
