He has been successfully transferring the expertise he has gained in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry to the food sector for a long time. Rea Elektronik will be showcasing excerpts from its coordinated product lines Rea Jet for non-contact digital printing, Rea Label for industrial labelling systems and Rea VERIFIER for code verification at the <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=anuga+Foodtec\">Anuga FoodTec<\/a> 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>High-contrast and equally reliable labelling printing<\/strong> on absorbent substrates such as paper, cardboard or wood and smooth surfaces such as coated and finished packaging: this is made possible by the new piezo-based labelling technology Rea Jet Up. UP stands for \u201eUniversal Print\u201c, because the system is a multi-talent. It can mark with a wide variety of inks, from oil-based and slightly solvent-based to light-curing inks for materials on which no other would dry. This also makes labelling with the newcomer ideal for<strong> Secondary packaging that is both attractive and informative<\/strong> should be. Rea Jet Up prints at print heights of up to 108 mm per cascadable print head and with a resolution of up to 1,600 dpi - even small characters are very easy to read. With its wet-on-wet technology, it also creates easily legible codes and markings in a single step in a self-printed colour mirror - on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.
