At LogiMAT, Dematic will be showcasing its material flow solutions and how they help to solve current and future challenges at two stands. The company will also be presenting autonomous mobile robots.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This will be achieved through several LogiMAT<\/a> project on display. Compared to the previous year, visitors can expect an expanded Interactive exhibition stand with versatile solutions<\/strong>. The focus will be on automated processes and services for the warehouse of the future. The Dematic technology showcases will be located in Hall 1, while the stand in Hall 10 will focus on consulting services and demonstrations of Kion Integrated Solutions from brands such as Dematic<\/a>, Still and Linde Material Handling.<\/p>\n

The intralogistics expert will also be presenting a new bin-to-picker AMR solution in Hall 1. Here, autonomous mobile robots (AMR) take over the Automatic removal and storage of containers from a rack storage system<\/strong>. In this context, Dematic also presents state-of-the-art software that is seamlessly integrated into the AMR picking demonstration. Under the precise guidance of the Dematic software, the robots move skilfully through the warehouse to transport the selected containers safely to the picking station. The AMRs receive additional instructions from the operators<\/p>

\u201eThe presentation is a replica of an e-commerce order and demonstrates the power of Dematic technology in managing different types of returns from replenishment processes.\u201c<\/p>\n

A service showcase is also integrated into the AMR picking demo, which provides a Comprehensive ergonomics check<\/strong> includes. The future of inspection processes will be demonstrated in an impressive way with a live drone inspection and a thermology check. This ensures efficient monitoring and analysis of stock levels.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe showcase emphasises that Dematic is taking a pioneering role in the integration of state-of-the-art technologies into its service offerings.\u201c<\/p>\n

In addition, a case study is shown on a four metre wide LED screen with the Integration of two static pouch arms visualised<\/strong>. An additional touchscreen enables visitors to the trade fair to interactively explore technical details of the pouch solution and thus gain a deeper insight into the performance and functionality of the technology.<\/p>\n

The virtual hub also offers a unique opportunity for a Virtual flight through a warehouse<\/strong>. This is made possible by L-shaped LED screens that display the warehouse environment in reality.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe flight is designed to show how Dematic can support customers on their journey to automation from start to finish. This year we've really filled our showroom with a lot of technology and we're confident that we have something to offer everyone who comes by our two stands.\u201c<\/p>\n
