Tederic Machinery has opened its new headquarters in Hangzhou, China, and its 4.0 Smart Factory. A new production plant was also inaugurated in Jiaxing, China. The production facilities can manufacture up to 8,000 injection moulding machines per year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201eWith the new \u201a4.0 Smart Factory\u2018 at the new headquarters in Hangzhou (China), Tederic is now offering plastics processors worldwide optimised production processes with a high degree of automation, including intelligent assembly lines for the production of Tederic \u201aNEO series\u2018 injection moulding machines. After the technology upgrade, this is already technologically on a par with European injection moulding machine manufacturers and we can now offer plastics processors in our sales territories further added value with optimised delivery times.\u201c<\/p>\n

The capacity of the \u201a4.0 Smart Factory\u2018 in Hangzhou is limited to the Production of up to 3,000 electric injection moulding machines<\/strong> the Tederic<\/a> \u201aNEO series\u2018 (NEO-E) in the range from 60 to 1,400 tonnes. Production and delivery processes were also improved at the new production plant in Jiaxing (China). This plant has a production capacity of up to 5,000 hydraulic two-platen and knuckle-joint injection moulding machines (NEO-H, NEO-M and NEO-T) with clamping forces of 90 to 5,500 tonnes on an area of over 164,000 square metres. Solar panels also represent the Completely autonomous energy supply<\/strong> safe.<\/p>\n

The new headquarters and the \u201a4.0 Smart Factory\u2018 also take into account criteria for improving sustainability and the well-being of employees in accordance with the international LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification system, including water and energy efficiency, indoor air quality, material cycles and resource conservation. The campus is also home to a modern business complex, which includes a training centre, a hotel and a residential building.<\/strong> for employees and sports facilities.<\/p>

In addition, Tederic launched the IKON die casting machine at the beginning of the year, thereby expanding its business activities into a new area. The plan is to produce 29 die-casting machines a year in order to maximise Increasing demand for large integrated die casting solutions<\/strong> especially in the automotive industry. The company has been active in the field of foundry systems from the very beginning, has a deep understanding of the key technologies and sufficient capacity to quickly realise stable die casting machine projects.<\/p>\n
