Faller Packaging has initiated the age-related succession of the two Managing Directors Dr Michael Faller and Dr Daniel Keesman: On 1 July 2024, Dagmar Schmidt will join the company's management board to assume responsibility for the entire Faller Packaging Group as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dagmar Schmidt has a long and successful career in the national and international chemical and packaging printing environment and was most recently CEO of XSYS, a leading provider of integrated solutions for the flexo, book and pre-press market.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe principle of sustainability is the key element of our corporate policy. This also applies to the long-term planning, orderly and successful filling of key management positions,\u201c emphasises Dr Michael Faller, who has been managing the business for 33 years. \u201eFor this reason, together with the Advisory Board, we have planned and prepared the succession of the company management for the long term,\u201c adds Dr Daniel Keesman, who has been Managing Director since 2007.<\/p>

Both will continue to support the company as advisors after the handover of responsibility.
