The company has now invested in a new training machine.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Only opened at the end of 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=gerhard+schubert\">Schubert<\/a> its new training centre at its headquarters in Crailsheim. Since then, the existing <strong>Revised training portfolio<\/strong>, to be able to respond even better to the individual requirements of customers and employees. The company developed new formats and content and conceptualised <strong>a series of online training courses in addition to classroom training<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Schubert is currently supplementing its offering with a digital learning platform. The <strong>Personnel capacities were increased<\/strong>, to be able to carry out the extensive programme continuously. What was still missing was a new training machine. <strong>Sarah Busch<\/strong>, Head of Customer Trainings at Gerhard Schubert GmbH, explains:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eIn our training concept, we rely on a balanced mix of traditional and digital learning content. Interactive courses or explanatory videos are a great way of understanding and familiarising yourself with certain topics, but some subjects are simply better learnt when you are standing directly at the machine with a trainer and a small team and are allowed to help out and try things out. As our previous training machines were always fully booked, we decided to invest in another model.\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Typical exercises carried out on the new and previous packaging machines include standard activities such as referencing the robots, selecting new programmes on the control panel, as well as relevant checks, maintenance, identifying and rectifying error messages and troubleshooting. The various system components of the training machine, which is at the cutting edge of technology, are also part of the training content.
