Glue it. Love it\u201c, the company presents PerfectFold, a new system that makes the <strong>Folding corrugated cardboard boxes more efficiently and precisely<\/strong> makes. Other highlights include adhesive application heads for pressure-sensitive adhesive closures and tear tape in the e-commerce sector as well as a flat head for gluing paper carrier bags with cold glue.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>PerfectFold liquid creamer<\/strong>, which can be experienced live at drupa, is surprisingly simple. The system applies a creasing fluid to the crease lines of a corrugated board, allowing the blanks to be folded precisely and with little effort. Fold breaks and <strong>irregular gaps and fishtailing are now a thing of the past.<\/strong> Corrugated boxes grooved with PerfectFold provide exact internal dimensions, so inserts can be fitted into folding boxes without any problems. For the application of liquids <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=robatech\">Robatech<\/a> the tried-and-tested Sempre 30 application heads. The SpeedUp creasing fluid was specially developed for PerfectFold and leaves no marks on the corrugated cardboard. In addition, the two <strong>electric application heads <\/strong>Vivo 18 and Presto in focus. The space-saving Vivo 18 hot melt glue application head is characterised by its even, precise adhesive application, which can be used to flexibly apply pressure-sensitive adhesive closures or tear strips to e-commerce shipping packaging.
