The position of Managing Director is to be filled internally and PlastiVation will continue to operate as an independent part of Tederic Machinery following a change in shareholders.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bengt Schmidt is leaving the company as part of a change in ownership. \u201eThree great years lie behind us. I am very proud of the fact that we have developed from a mechanical engineering start-up founded on 29 March 2021 to a well-respected and successful company today. <strong>established companies in the plastics industry<\/strong> which is held in high regard by customers, business partners, market observers and the competition. After this intensive period, I have decided to <strong>in the course of the change of our shareholders or the new owner<\/strong> PlastiVation to withdraw from the company.\u201c<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eI will accompany the handover process to the new owner or my successor and dedicate myself to new professional challenges after my departure. I would like to thank my entire team for their extremely passionate, always customer-focussed, reliable and highly committed work over the past three years.
