Koenig & Bauer announces a new success. The company has developed the first digital printing press in a line network for metal. The subsidiary Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint enables flexible entry into digital printing with the machine and will test the machine with Reynolds Services at the beginning of 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The basis of the MetJET ONE combines tried and tested components from digital printing and mechanical and plant engineering<\/strong> in metal printing: The sheet handling comes from Koenig & Bauer<\/a> MetalPrint and thus comes from a proven expert in this field, while the integrated inkjet technology utilises a multi-pass printing unit from Durst, one of the leading players in the digital printing industry.<\/p>\n

The field test, which will start at RSI at the beginning of next year, is a decisive step towards validating the performance and reliability of the machine under real operating conditions.<\/p>\n
