On the <span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">Achema 2024<\/span>\u00a0the full-range supplier REA Elektronik presents its product lines\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">REA Jet<\/span> - including newly developed labelling inks -\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">REA Label<\/span> and\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">REA Verifier<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether UDI for medical devices or product numbers such as the GTIN, NTIN and PPN - when companies in the pharmaceutical, chemical or medical device industries label their goods or their primary, secondary or tertiary packaging, they must be able to rely on the technologies used. The systems must <strong>be reliably integrated into the production process and the labelling must conform to standards,<\/strong> contain all the necessary information, adhere permanently to the respective substrate and also remain legible for as long as they are needed.<\/p>\n<p>REA Elektronik has the necessary hardware and software, a wide variety of inks and, above all, the expertise for all these requirements - from selecting the right codes to choosing the right technology, integrating them into higher-level systems for control or data connection, and checking the code quality, <strong>Recently also 100 per cent inline<\/strong>. In addition to its systems, REA will be showcasing its extensive portfolio of inks for all REA Jet printing technologies at Achema 2024, including innovations with improved properties.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Printers with patented inks: from oil-based to light-curing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Visitors to Achema 2024 will see the REA Jet Up for the first time at this trade fair. UP stands for Universal Print - the all-rounder <strong>prints on a wide variety of surfaces without contact and at three times the speed<\/strong> compared to other systems. Its patented, fast-drying inks range from oil and light solvent-based to light-curing and have been developed for high-resolution direct printing on a wide variety of substrates - from absorbent materials such as paper to refined surfaces.<\/p>\n<p>REA will also be presenting the REA Jet HR 2.0 inkjet technology to trade fair visitors. In combination with the REA Jet CL laser <strong>folding cartons efficiently, quickly, reliably and in the highest quality.<\/strong> While the inkjet printer applies the content with standard and special inks from REA Jet, the CO<sub>2<\/sub>-laser by removing the colour from a dark printed surface in such a way that a code and plain text become legible.<\/p>\n<p>The print and apply systems from REA Label also stand for customised solutions for implementing industrial labelling tasks with labels. On display at Achema: the REA Label ColorJet 2 colour label printer - a<strong> Inexpensive and practical alternative to external print shops<\/strong>. In high-quality 1:1 full-colour printing, it produces individual labels or small to medium-sized series in the highest resolution of up to 1,200 dpi and with a print width of up to 21 centimetres.<\/p>\n<p>Checking code quality is a must, especially for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
