PreZero SPOT was developed in cooperation with software provider Packaging Cockpit and is designed to enable manufacturers and distributors of packaging to make their portfolio more recyclable.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When assessing the recyclability of packaging, the Sustainable Packaging Optimisation Tool (SPOT) takes into account not only the material and packaging design but also the disposal structures of all EU countries. Thus<strong> Differences in the recyclability of packaging from country to country<\/strong> visible: The tool lists the respective CO<sub>2<\/sub>footprint and the relevant costs such as plastic taxes, licence fees and litter funds on a country-specific basis, thus enabling a comparison at European level. This expands <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=prezero\">PreZero<\/a> is expanding its existing offering to promote the sustainability of packaging. The company provides SPOT free of charge and enables market participants to compare different packaging options in detail in order to derive the best courses of action.<\/p>\n<p>Every user is thus provided with a comprehensive <strong>Optimisation of your own portfolio<\/strong> is made possible. In addition, efficient data management functions enable you to manage your own packaging portfolio. These facilitate the <strong>Cooperation and communication between different interfaces<\/strong> in the respective packaging value chain. Intuitive input fields and simplified data imports allow analyses of the packaging portfolio to be carried out quickly and easily.
