The Asys Group presented customised automation and cleanroom solutions for the pharmaceutical industry at this year's Achema. The company was represented in Frankfurt by its Life Science division and its subsidiary Asys Prozess- und Reinraumtechnik.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The focus was on fully automated parenteral handling: Asys presented the Pario 5000 palletising system in Frankfurt, a System for the fully automated loading and unloading of process machines<\/strong>, such as filling, inspection and packaging systems. Within the Asys Group, the Life Science division combines automation expertise for the pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics and medical electronics industries. The Pario 5000 palletising system has been specially developed for the high demands of the pharmaceutical industry and features sophisticated gripper technology - it handles Various product formats such as vials, ampoules, cartridges or autoinjectors<\/strong> reliable and gentle on the product. Cleanroom solutions and air conditioning technology<\/h2>\n

Asys Prozess- und Reinraumtechnik has been offering solutions in the areas of cleanroom technology, laminar flow systems, dry storage and storage lift systems as an independent company within the group of companies for 25 years. At Achema, the company presented Lamino laminar flow systems for manufacturing processes under precisely measurable and controllable ambient conditions.<\/strong> Some of the possibilities of this product range: smooth-running, energy-saving motors, different cleanliness classes up to ISO 5, multilingual control units and customisation in terms of dimensions.<\/p>
