At Fachpack in Nuremberg, Brangs + Heinrich will be showcasing a new recycling system for films in which film waste is fed back into the cycle. The company's stretch and packaging films also have a certified recycled content of at least 35 per cent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brangs + Heinrich<\/a> has long been developing alternatives to the composition of films in order to make them more sustainable. The well-known three-layer 1A high-performance coex films, for example, are much more stable due to their high tear resistance and can therefore be used up to Save 25 per cent material<\/strong>. And because their three layers are made of pure PE, these films are 100 per cent recyclable, which is another plus for sustainability.<\/p>\n

Brangs + Heinrich has now Integrated recycling concept developed<\/strong>, which closes the material cycle, reuses recyclable materials and thus conserves resources. This sustainable recycling system can be easily Integrate into existing logistics processes<\/strong>Thanks to a high-performance film baler, consumers can store their film waste in a very space-saving manner. The baler compresses the material to 30 per cent of its original volume. When new film is delivered, the bales are taken away by the carrier and, depending on the degree of purity, are even subsequently remunerated.<\/p>

The recycled stretch and packaging films produced from the recyclates have now been independently certified. With their recycled content of at least 35 per cent from consumer waste (post-consumer recyclate), the films meet the requirements of the planned European packaging regulation<\/strong>. With the certificate, the user gains more transparency and legal certainty in his environmental protection management, creates trust with customers and business partners and makes a sustainable contribution to the global conservation of resources.<\/p>\n

Brangs + Heinrich will also be presenting other innovations at its stand: for example Reusable packaging for e-commerce<\/strong>, new products for corrosion protection in export packaging and packaging machines for automatic paper bagging. Live packaging development for constructive packaging will also be offered at the trade fair. Interested parties can bring along their product or drawings and see designs directly.<\/p>\n

The company offers a Sustainability check<\/strong>, which takes into account not only individual sustainability goals, but also special industry-specific and product-specific influencing factors. The Solingen-based company systematically analyses the existing materials and processes and uses this information to develop an optimally sustainable packaging concept.<\/p>\n
