The name change follows the takeover by Hillenbrand and brings greater integration and an expanded portfolio for customers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With effect from 1 August 2024, the companies of the former Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials (FPM) Group officially changed their name to <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=Coperion\">Coperion<\/a> changed. This step was taken following the acquisition of the companies by Hillenbrand in September 2023. Hillenbrand is also the parent company of Coperion.<\/p>\n<p>The renaming <strong>combines the strengths of several industry leaders under the Coperion brand<\/strong> and offers manufacturers an expanded portfolio of technologies and services. Coperion now offers solutions for the food, healthcare and nutrition industries for the production and processing of baked goods, confectionery, pet food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. These brands - Raymond Bartlett Snow, Stock, Baker Perkins, Kemutec and Mucon - will retain their names. This will enable the company to <strong>Offer customers solutions more efficiently and rely on a larger team<\/strong> of process experts and problem solvers. Coperion customers continue to receive local service and support as well as access to test and innovation centres worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew Craig, General Manager of FPM, emphasised: \u201eOur dedicated employees are excited about the opportunities Coperion now offers and the positive impact the expansion is already having on our business and our customers.\u201c Craig added that the<strong> Consolidation of all technologies<\/strong> under the Coperion name is signalling deeper integration and that the company is better equipped than ever to deliver high-quality solutions, technologies and services.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eWe have made the strategic decision to strengthen Coperion's capabilities by bringing together people and technologies that our customers know and trust.
