Berry Global's B Circular packaging range for cosmetics and personal care products is now available with CleanStream recycled plastic. CleanStream technology will initially be used to recycle polypropylene waste from UK household recycling bins.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to a life cycle analysis by Quantis, packaging made from CleanStream recycled material from the Berry plant in Leamington Spa Around 35 per cent less carbon dioxide emissions (CO\u2082)<\/strong> than new goods - this corresponds to a reduction of around 36,000 tonnes of CO\u2082 per year.<\/p>\n

CleanStream recycled plastic can be used to manufacture a wide range of B-Circular products, including closures, air-filled and airless dispensers, jars and applicators. The material has been extensively tested in a range of products and processes to ensure that it fulfils the strict standards for sensitive body care and cosmetic applications<\/strong> fulfilled.<\/p>

According to the manufacturer, CleanStream recycled plastic fulfils these requirements and is already used by several personal care brands that incorporate up to 100 per cent recycled plastic in their packaging.
