With a new customised cleanroom solution for the production of sterile plastic bags, joke mechanix fulfils all requirements and is presenting it for the first time this year at Fachpack.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Like all customised solutions from the specialist for automation technology and applications in the field of weldable flexible materials, it was manufactured according to individual customer requirements. \u201eThe requirements we were given for the design of our new cleanroom solution were higher than ever before,\u201c emphasises Marcel Hammes, Operations Manager at joke mechanix. \u201eFor example, the system had to be integrated into an existing, validated manufacturing process and fulfil strict specifications in terms of safety and handling.\u201c To ensure that all of these requirements were met, the company used detailed solutions customised for the customer in the individual subsections and functional areas of the design.<\/p>\n<p>The cleanroom solution produced for a biotechnology company is one of the many complex customised solutions that the company has already configured for its customers. The specialists are characterised by the production of such individual detailed solutions. The path from order to planning to the finished machine is travelled together with the customer.
