Poly-clip System will be presenting its latest packaging technologies for the meat industry at S\u00fcffa 2024, which takes place in Stuttgart from 28 to 30 September. The trade fair presentation will focus on energy-efficient machines and material-saving solutions that are suitable for both traditional trade and industrial meat processing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Poly-clip system<\/a> is shown on the S\u00fcffa<\/a> will present the FCA series, known as the \u201eGreen Series\u201c. In addition to the FCA series, the company will also be presenting the ES 6000 labelling system, which has been specially developed for product labelling during ongoing production. According to the manufacturer, this system offers Tamper-proof labelling directly on the product<\/strong> and fulfils all relevant EU directives. The ability to print product-specific information such as batch numbers or production data directly onto the label ensures seamless traceability. The ES 6000 is also characterised by low costs per label and a high degree of flexibility in the design of the labels.<\/p>\n

Semi-automatic clipping machines<\/h2>\n

Poly-clip System presents the semi-automatic SCD 700 clipping machine for smaller production companies. This machine is designed to clip various Packaging variants such as plastic or natural casings as well as bags or nets for sealing<\/strong>. With a simple clipping process per cycle, it offers a user-friendly and hygienic solution for closing packaging.<\/p>\n

Poly-clip System places particular emphasis on hygiene with the SCD 700. The machine has been equipped with a hygienic design upgrade that offers smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces and thus further improves food safety. Thanks to the use of laser technology, the manufacturing process was optimised<\/strong> which leads to even greater product safety.<\/p>\n

Another advantage of the SCD 700 is its modular design, which makes it possible to Adapt the machine to the individual needs of the customer<\/strong>. Various optional features can be retrofitted, such as clip coding for tracing batches or a pneumatic knife. This flexibility makes the SCD 700 particularly interesting for craft businesses that want to optimise their production processes while maintaining high hygiene standards.<\/p>\n
