Honeycomb cardboard is becoming increasingly popular as an environmentally friendly material for transport packaging. Packaging manufacturer nextPack from Deggendorf in Lower Bavaria uses special tools from Marbach to die-cut its honeycomb cardboard.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When it comes to transport protection, environmentally friendly and ecologically sustainable alternatives to plastic, polystyrene and the like are increasingly in demand. An alternative solution is honeycomb cardboard. <\/strong>It is lightweight but very stable thanks to its honeycomb structure, and is also recyclable, stackable, pressure-resistant and reusable. However, the thickness of the material poses particular challenges for the tool used when punching.<\/p>\n
