The awards went to outstanding designs, innovative technologies and sustainable solutions in the categories \u201eMarket-ready aluminium aerosol cans\u201c, \u201ePrototypes\u201c and \u201eSustainability\u201c. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trade journalists from leading industry magazines formed the jury and decided on the best entries. There were two winners in the category \u201eAluminium aerosol cans already on the market\u201c this year: Trivium Packaging USA and the Turkish manufacturer Aryum.<\/p>\n<p>Aryum received the award for an aluminium can produced for a J. brand men's perfume. Aryum opted for an aluminium <strong>Technology called \u201e360\u00b0 Embossed Shaping with Oriented Printing\u201c<\/strong>, to highlight the brand with a square embossed shape and special colouring. This can combines <strong>Technological innovation with environmental awareness<\/strong>. The can uses a bag-on-valve system that produces a fine spray mist and thus minimises product waste. A twist-off cap also protects against accidental spillages, which minimises the <strong>Safety during transport and storage<\/strong> increased. The purist design and subtle use of colour accents make it easy for consumers to choose between the different fragrances.<\/p>\n<h2>Prototypes: New standards in safety and sustainability<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_94820\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-94820\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-94820 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"650\" srcset=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4-1-300x163.jpg 300w, https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4-1-1024x555.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4-1-768x416.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-94820\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">(Image: Aerobal)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Swiss company Nussbaum came out on top in the \u201ePrototypes\u201c category. Their innovative design of a 15-bar aluminium aerosol can with a diameter of 40 mm convinced the jury. Particularly noteworthy is the <strong>Segment thread<\/strong>, which enables safe and easy handling. Thanks to this technology, the screw cap can be firmly attached, which prevents the contents from escaping unintentionally. The cans are also <strong>Compatible with standard spray heads and valves<\/strong>, which makes them extremely versatile. This can, developed in collaboration with Adidas and the Champions League, is characterised by its <strong>technical sophistication and the use of sustainable materials<\/strong> out. Trivium opted for the aluminium alloy PivotAL, which contains up to 25 percent recycled content and is produced in a process that emits less CO<sub>2<\/sub>-emissions. In addition, the <strong>Can interior paint reduced by 50 per cent<\/strong>, which also contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.<\/p>\n<p>The winners of the <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=World+Aluminium+Aerosol+Can+Award\">World Aluminium Aerosol Can Award<\/a> 2024 are characterised by their outstanding technical innovations and sustainable approaches. <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=Aerobal&amp;cat=-1&amp;date-all=all&amp;begin=&amp;end=\">Aerobal<\/a> once again sets standards in the industry with this award and shows that technological development and environmental awareness can go hand in hand.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source:\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aerobal.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aerobal<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Aerobal announces the winners of the World Aluminium Aerosol Can Award 2024.
