ProSweets Cologne is presenting a new hall concept in 2025. The concept provides for a clearer segmentation into four thematic focal points in order to offer trade fair visitors an improved overview and orientation. <\/strong><\/p>\n

With the new concept, the trade fair management also wants to strengthen the emotionalisation of the individual theme areas. With the introduction of so-called theme worlds, the A stronger focus on the entire value chain<\/strong>. Parallel to the ProSweets Cologne<\/a> ISM, the international confectionery trade fair, will also take place as part of Sweet Week in 2025. The merger of these two trade fairs is intended to Further intensifying synergies<\/strong>, in particular through the relocation of the \u201eLab5 by ISM\u201c to Hall 10.1.<\/p>\n

World of Packaging Materials:<\/strong> This theme world focusses on the packaging process, from material selection and design to finished packaging. Sustainable and innovative materials are also playing an increasingly important role.<\/p>\n

World of Packaging Technology:<\/strong> It shows how modern machines and fully automated systems can make production more efficient and future-proof. The focus is on the seamless integration of production and packaging machines.<\/p>\n

World of Sweet & Snackable Ingredients:<\/strong> This theme world is all about raw materials and ingredients for the production of confectionery and snacks. The increasing demand for innovative, cost-effective and sustainable products is addressed here.<\/p>\n

World of Production Technology:<\/strong> This theme world is dedicated to technologies that optimise the production of confectionery and snacks and make it more efficient.<\/p>\n

In addition to the thematic reorientation, ProSweets Cologne 2025 will offer a varied event programme<\/strong>. At the Expert Stage and the new \u201eSweet Week - Talks & Tastings Stage\u201c, trade visitors can find out about current industry topics. Special emphasis will be placed on an organised matchmaking programme designed to promote business relationships between production managers and machine suppliers.<\/p>\n

\u201eProSweets Cologne is already setting new standards from next year with a precisely aligned and forward-looking event and stage programme. Our aim is to become the leading content platform in Europe for suppliers and producers in the confectionery and snack industry. To achieve this goal, we are offering a broad and practice-oriented thematic block on digitalisation using AI tools, which will be underlined by application-oriented best-practice examples from exhibitors. Cooperation with renowned partners such as the DLG and input from exhibiting companies with concrete solutions for increasing efficiency in production are a key success factor.\u201c<\/p>\n
