The innovative design with bevelled and electropolished surfaces prevents product build-up and optimises liquid drainage. Optionally available in protection class IP69, a controlled overpressure in the frame with a heater prevents the ingress of water and condensation. The GMP-compliant design relies on closed weld seams and dispenses with cavities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Technological innovations<\/h2>\n<p>The Direct Drive system uses stepper motors to operate the container flaps and dispenses with return springs and complex mechanisms, which increases accuracy and performance. Each module is equipped with a high-precision load cell and an integrated electronics unit that analyses the weighing signal and controls the motor. The <strong>Maintenance-free and low-noise system<\/strong> guarantees high production reliability thanks to its modular design.<\/p>\n<h2>Software solutions<\/h2>\n<p>The software offers <strong>Real-time calculations, self-diagnosis, error analysis, network capability<\/strong> and an optional OPC UA interface.
