Packaging made of materials such as corrugated cardboard and glass can be printed without stencils and clichés; the number is determined by the user. The design can also vary depending on the order. This saves time, costs, overproduction and the associated storage and possible disposal. The company will be exhibiting its latest flatbed cutting plotter for further processing of the print. The two systems are used to produce packaging boxes live in colour and with high precision: Boxes printed and cut from a single source or manufacturer. The samples made from different materials also provide an insight into the possibilities of UV LED printing.

UV LED printing technology stands for direct ink application on paper, glass, plastic, aluminium or wood. Instead of using heating systems, the ink is cured with UV LED light. This means that the material surface is not damaged by heat and the printed object can then be further processed without any drying time. The energy costs are significantly lower than with other printing processes.

The 2.5 x 1.3 metre JFX200-2513 EX flatbed printer will be on display.
