Alplahana, a joint venture between Alpla and Hana Innovation, has developed a fully recyclable mono-material dispenser pump with a down-lock function. The pump, which is made of 100 per cent polypropylene, will be presented at Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai at the end of October 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alplahana has launched a new dispenser pump that is made entirely of plastic and offers an innovative down-lock function. This solution requires no metal springs and fewer components, which minimises the Recyclability of the product significantly improved<\/strong>. The use of post-consumer recycled material (PCR) for certain components makes the pump even more environmentally friendly. The patented technology enables safe storage in the down-lock position, while logistical added value is ensured through space-saving storage and greater efficiency.<\/p>\n
