The stackable, reusable solution was developed for the handling, storage and transport of light and medium-heavy bulk goods.

The FalConic container was developed by the CHEP Europe Pallecon division and represents a step forward in the company's commitment to providing new solutions for the changing needs of the packaging industry, but also for the needs of the consumer. also in co-packing and e-commerce to offer. In all three sectors, disposable transport packaging leads to inefficiencies and unnecessary handling and disposal costs.

The new container consists of 80 per cent recycled post-consumer materials (PCR) and is a reusable alternative to disposable transport packaging. As the container can be folded extremely easily, it enables optimised storage. It also reduces the number of lorries required for transport, which contributes directly to reducing CO2 emissions.

Functionality and innovative design

The FalConic was developed with both efficiency and user-friendliness in mind. The container has a load capacity of up to 600 kilograms and a volume of 1,014 litres. It is equipped with a automatic sleeve closure, which makes the use of stretch film superfluous. This reduces labour costs and optimises operating processes. It is available with different sleeve heights for different production and product requirements.

The improved design of the basic pallet enables Seamless integration with automatic fasteners and makes it an ideal solution for both manual and automated processes. The ergonomic design makes it easier to use by eliminating the need to bend down when securing the sleeve.

In addition, FalConic is labelled with an individual, scannable code, which provides information about the container's location, utilisation patterns and turnaround times. This allows customers to recognise opportunities to increase efficiency and better manage their business processes.

FalConic is next to the ZirConic container, which was recently awarded the Red Dot Product Design Award another product in Chep Pallecon's portfolio. While FalConic fulfils the requirements of light and medium-heavy bulk goods ZirConic is more suitable for heavy loads.
