With the AI-supported vision sensor Inspector83x, the company presents a solution for the Inline inspection in production<\/strong> before. The sensor enables detailed quality control and can detect defects in products at an early stage. Thanks to the Sick Nova image processing platform, the Inspector83x is ready for immediate use and offers an intuitive, browser-based user interface that is equally suitable for specialists and beginners.<\/p>

In the field of robotics applications, the company will be showcasing the Palloc (Pallet Content Localisation) camera system, which AI-supported localisation for automatic depalletising with robots<\/strong> offers. The combination of a 3D snapshot camera and deep learning algorithm enables cartons to be precisely recognised and placed on pallets.<\/p>\n

For logistics and traceability, Sick presents the Ident Gate, a track-and-trace system that Increased transparency in the logistical flow of goods and materials<\/strong> and support companies in complying with legal requirements. With the help of sensors for object detection and goods identification, loading and material movements can be documented in detail.<\/p>\n

The new ConnectX software complements the portfolio and enables the integration and pre-processing of sensor data for Industry 4.0 applications. It simplifies integration into IT systems, for example by utilising open protocols such as MQTT.<\/p>\n
